Having trouble signing in? Let’s sort it out. First, make sure you’re using the right email and try resetting your password—if the reset link doesn’t show up, check your spam or junk folder.
If your account was suspended, you won’t be able to log in, and unfortunately, you can’t unsuspend it yourself. If the suspension is temporary, just wait until the period ends.
And just a quick note: Pi is only for users aged 18 and up, so if you’re younger, that might be why you can’t create or access an account.
