Which accessibility features does Pi have, and how do I turn them on?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Right now, Pi doesn’t include built-in accessibility features like screen reader support, high-contrast mode, larger text, or keyboard navigation—but we’re paying attention to what users need.

Since some functionality depends on your device’s OS (like VoiceOver or TalkBack), those may work partially, but full support isn’t here yet.

We’d love to hear your suggestions on how to make Pi more accessible! Just share your thoughts (see how in the FAQ question How do I report a bug, share feedback, or get help with Pi?) —your voice helps shape a more inclusive experience for everyone. 💙
