You can download your full chat history anytime—just know we don’t support exporting individual chats, and it’s always smart to redact personal info (like passwords or emails) before sharing.
Here’s how:
On Web:
→ Hover over the Pi™ icon (top left) until it becomes two rectangles, then click
→ Or click the gear icon (bottom left)
→ Go to Account → Download Chat history
→ Wait a bit—processing time depends on how much you’ve chatted
→ Once ready, click the link and your file (pi-user-history.json) will be in your Downloads folder
On Android:
→ Tap the person icon (top left) → “Manage history” → Download Chat history
→ Wait for it to process → Tap the link when ready → File saves to Downloads
On iOS:
→ Tap the ≡ icon (top left) → Settings (gear) → Account → Download your Pi history
→ Check back later → Tap to download when ready → File appears in Downloads
