Why can't I see what other people answered? Reveals are answer-gated. You have to submit your own answer before the group's responses unlock for you. Until then you'll see a placeholder: "Others have already answered. Answer to see responses."
How many people can join one Activity? Up to 15 people can join a single invite link, and everyone who joins can see the answers. The invite screen shows a live "spots left" counter as people join.
How long does an invite link last? Invite links expire within 7 days of being created. If your friends haven't joined yet, you may need to start a new activity and share a fresh link.
Do I need a Pi account to join an activity someone sent me? Not right away. Following a link takes you through a lightweight sign-up (just your name and a couple of quick details) before you answer. If you decide to create a full Pi account later, anything you did as that lightweight/anonymous user automatically carries over and merges into your new account.
I'm not getting notified when someone answers or a new question drops. Turn on notifications from the prompt Pi shows after your first turn:
In the app’s bottom navigation bar, select More → Settings → Notifications and enable push notifications
On mobile web, enable SMS notifications for your browser and mobile device and you'll verify a phone number with a one-time code. If you signed up for Pi with a phone number, SMS notifications are on by default.
How do I stop getting text messages from Pi? Reply STOP to any text, or turn SMS notifications off in your Pi settings. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
Why do the quick-reply chips disappear sometimes? Chips are hidden while it's your turn to answer the current question, so they don't distract you before you've responded. They come back once you've answered or after a reveal.
Can I do the activity again with a different group? Yes, after a round finishes, Pi offers a prompt to start a new round of the same activity with a different set of people, with new topics and questions.
What if the link I was sent doesn't work, or the group looks full? If a group has already reached its 15-person limit, the invite link has expired (after 7 days), or you're already a member, Pi will tell you rather than letting the join go through. Ask whoever shared it with you for a fresh link if needed.
